P.A.C.E. has been designed for a wide variety of sports, but each sport does get its own specialized program. Each sport has it own unique characteristics, using different muscle groups and concentrating on coordinating different parts of the athlete's body. A soccer player should not be trained exactly as a softball player or hockey player would be.
Here is a list of some of the sports we train and a brief description of what that training involves:
VOLLEYBALL
Volleyball is a very dynamic sport that requires specific attention to many areas including first step quickness, explosive power, vertical jump, reaction speed, and strength. The P.A.C.E. program covers all of these areas that will help you become a better, more explosive volleyball player. FOOTBALL
Football is an incredibly taxing sport that requires a great deal of strength, explosive power, mental toughness and stamina for even the most gifted of athletes to excel! Here at P.A.C.E. training, we not only create a stronger, faster, more explosive football player, but we focus on the specific demands of your position, to make you a better overall player and athlete. In addition to creating a more athletic you, we also take focus on preventing common football injuries to help keep you in the game! BASEBALL/SOFTBALL
If you want to hit the ball further or be a better fielder, you need to take a serious look at your off the field training and preparation. Going to the batting cages and taking grounders will fine tune what strength, ability, and coordination you already have, but if you want to get better, you need to become more explosive, stronger, faster, and improve your first step quickness. P.A.C.E. training will help you improve all of these aspects of game play by training you specifically for baseball/softball, and will also help keep you healthy by additionally focusing on preventing common baseball injuries! SOCCER
Do you want to blow by that defender, get to that header first, or make that incredible diving save look easy? If so, P.A.C.E. is the training program that you're looking for! We help you in becoming a quicker, more explosive and better conditioned athlete so that the competition doesn't stand a chance. In addition, the P.A.C.E. program also focuses on preventing the common injuries associated with soccer including ankle sprains, muscle pulls, and knee injuries. It's important to become stronger, faster and better conditioned, but none of that matters if you're on the sideline hurt. P.A.C.E. will help keep you in the game, and help you blow by the competition while you're on the pitch! Get in the game…if you're not on P.A.C.E., your competition might be!
BASKETBALL
There are few sports in which first step quickness, body coordination, and explosive power are as important as they are in basketball. The P.A.C.E. program understands the needs of basketball players, from the elite down to the youth ranks. We work on creating more coordinated, explosive, quick athletes that will come down with more rebounds, create more scoring opportunities, and play quicker, tighter defense.
