THE BASICS OF EXPLOSIVE LIFTING, FOOTWORK, CORE STRENGTH AND POWER
In the first part of our 3 camp football series you will learn everything you need to start improving your football strength, conditioning, nutrition, and power. We begin with testing and with teaching you proper form with all of the most beneficial power lifts for all positions in football. We guide you through an intensive, all encompassing program that involves utilization of power lifting, injury prevention, and footwork to improve your strength and quickness, and keep you in the game by showing you the way to prevent injuries! We finish up the weekend with a seminar for you and your parents on how to prevent injuries away from the weight room. This is the first step to get better, and more efficient at the incredible sport of football! Get on board, and improve NOW!

Football Camp 2
ADVANCED FIELD PERFORMANCE AND CONDITIONING
In the second of our 3 part football performance camp, we take what you learned in the first camp, and step it up even more. We start by revisiting all of the previously taught power lifts, and progress what you learned last time! We then break down into small groups and work on position specific conditioning and footwork to prepare you for the demands of your position as it relates to football. In this camp, we begin to introduce more advanced techniques to get you stronger and quicker!! The two day camp is finished off with a seminar for parents and athletes on how to improve your performance away from the field and weight room.
Football Camp 3
ADVANCED PREPARATION FOR THE SEASON
This camp weekend starts with retesting of athletes that have been involved in the two previous camps to determine the level of improvement and determine where athletes need more focused training. This camp is the ultimate camp to get your body ready for football season. We progress you even further while introducing more advanced plyometrics and footwork drills, along with doing partner drills to improve your football speed and reaction time. Be ready to sweat when you attend this camp-and be ready to give it everything you have! This weekend finishes up with a seminar for the parents and athletes regarding nutrition and hydration tactics for the in season football player.
10 DAY PRE-SEASON CONDITIONING PROGRAM
This is the 10 days that get you ready for your season. Push your mental limits as your football season approaches, and fine tune your endurance, strength, and functional performance. These are ten 45 minute conditioning and lifting sessions aimed at properly preparing you for the physical and mental demands of two a days. We aim at providing position specific endurance training, and properly tapering your workout to provide the best benefit in the least amount of time. Again, be ready to give it everything you have for 45 minutes a day-you'll be glad you did when you get to two-a-days!
